Surely the answer to the question is that everyone is waiting for the General Election campaign to start so that they can see what Osbourn is going to say about the future Conservative election promises. They will not write off the UK until every chip has been placed on the table.
Another reason may be that they are so busy trying to sort out the tax on their bonuses, they have not yet noticed.......
