oh that comment was specifically about cogeneration as a percentage of electricity usage and future goals.
In fact, I was wrong about that too. Cogeneration already accounts for 40% of Denmark's power production.

), but the jury is still out on that. The main deterrent will be the same as always...living space in or near downtown sells for a considerable premium, the range of services, such as schools, is limited, and the change in lifestyle far to great for most people's tastes. That's why the overwhelming majority of people will still spend more than an hour a day, each way, commuting on the train from suburbs like Flossmore to the Chicago Loop. Or driving from the Woodlands to downtown Houston.
