Heard an ad for the "Perfect 10" marketing by Pulte. Here is a link to the advertisement

basically for 3 days June 22-24 they are offering "discounts" and "bargains" and "all homes come with a 10 year warranty." This was what I remember from the radio ad, I don't see it on the website tho.

Meanwhile my stock picking score continues to soar with numerous underperform picks on anything anywhere near housing related.

Before buying in ANY development, make sure you do some research on the home builder. Many of these houses are not worth paying for at any price.
