My wife and I have always watched House Hunters over the last few years.
Has anyone else watch HouseHunters on HGTV lately- Most of the homes that the Buyers look at are empty!
Last night I skipped through about 6-8 episodes of House Hunters that I recorded on our Media Center DVR. Almost every House that buyers looked at had NO Furniture and there were even a couple of homes that the Real Estate agent explained as Short Sales.
I feel there is a Huge Inventory of Real Estate looking for a Buyer.
