i've been wondering what would happen to people who lose all those housing-related jobs as housing implodes. just talked to someone who was laid off as a mortgage processor and was out of work for 2 months. just found a new job- working in "loss mitigation" at a major lender! the experience in mortgage processing was a definite plus in getting the job, and the loss mitigation department is hiring! expanding, with future growth and advancement opportunities!
