Vancouver real estate is going to crash hard when the Olympics are over. It is a nice place, however. I'd love to pick up a piece of property at a substantial discount.

It's kind of a long-running inside joke around here. As I recall, one day we voted whether to ban VGU as a spammer or keep them around. We decided to keep them around for entertainment. Surely no one who reads iTulip (at least regularly) would believe that Vancouver BC could be completely immune from the housing bubble collapse, and yet VGU pops in occasionally to encourage us to get in while we still can.

So, as our token self-selected subject for abuse, pitching nonsense to people who know better, how are you liking iTulip? Selling any property?
