What is it and when is it?
From now through November 30th 2008, an active iTulip Select paid subscriber who has been customer for one year or more will receive the special offer at US$100 rate a year when prepaid for two years. Offer ends on Sunday November 30, 2008 at 23:59:59 EST (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).
How do I get the special offer price?
Simply logging in to our forums, go to http://www.itulip.com/forums/payments.php webpage, and subscribe to iTulip Select for 2 years by November 30th, 2008 if you’re qualified to receive the special rate offer.
Am I qualified for the special offer?
Only active iTulip Select paid subscriber who have been customer for one year or more will receive the special offer. The special rate does not apply to the active customers with a start date after November 30, 2007. Click here to check your start date to see if you are qualified, or email us at forum@itulip.com if you are not sure.
What happened when my current subscription expires?
You will need to re-subscribe it at the new rate if it expired after November 30th, 2008.
Can existing subscribers renew early at the current rate?
You can re-subscribe, or upgrade your existing, Select to one-year here at the old rate before rates change. And we strongly recommend you to do so. Upon receipt of your new subscription, we will cancel the recurring term of your old subscription. No duplicate subscription at the old rate will be applied for non-qualified members. A duplicate subscription at the old rate will be canceled and your account will be refunded. Click here to view the details of your Select expiration date anytime.
