    I disagree with Tavakoli about the causes of the mess: I-Bankers have always been greedy and nothing changed in 2008 or at any other time leading to the crisis about that.

    Could the cause of this financial mess due to the control of money by CBs and the fractional reserve banking system? What about politically-motivated asset-price bubbles? What about a 1% fed fund rate for more than a year following the NASDAQ implosion?

      I didn't know much (or think much) of steve forbes. This interview changed my mind, thanks! Hugely impressive, makes me think HE might make a good treasury sec.

        I came across her web site a long time ago. She is not from Wall Street. I'm surprised I remember her.
