So if I lose my job, can I get one at Fox News to talk about long-term housing trends? (Shudder) Funny how he never once gives any credit to Robert Shiller for the data and analysis. And where does he get "thousands of dollars" for the scale? It's an index starting at the arbitrary value of 100, not $100,000. If anything it could be 100%.

you know, Are there any charts that show inflation-adjusted housing prices against population growth? Seems like an obvious thing to consider when looking at timescales this large.
