  • James K. Galbraith on Moyers and more

    25 min

Where did the financial crisis come from, and what should we do about it? Dr. James K. Galbraith (http://www.utexas.edu/lbj/faculty/james-galbraith/), who has been one of the leading commentators on the crisis, will discuss the roots of the problem and the most effective ways that citizens can advocate for sensible responses from political leaders and business.

This event, which is free and open to the public, is sponsored by the Senior Fellows honors program of the College of Communication and the LBJ School of Public Affairs.

This I believe was from this talk - James Galbraith talks on "The Financial Crisis and the Road Ahead"

The video is incomplete, but interesting nevertheless

    Part - 1
    8 min

    Part -2 10 min

Based off the first video and what he says they should do...how wouldn't that create a mass inflation situation? He's basically saying we can spend our way out of this.
