    He suggested it would be equitable had Paulson and Bernanke bailed out everyone for losses from 2000, but of course that didn't and won't happen.

    He suggests the markets can rally into March, but he would be selling into strength. He thinks economies that produce stuff will do worse than the US in 2009 during a global crunch (my word), just as the US did better than the rest of the world in 2008, i.e. it went down less.
