    The attached is an interview with Charles Biderman of TrimTabs Investment Research about the current savings rate in the US on Bloomberg on December 31, 2008.

    Also discussed are equities expectations for 2009 and expected unemployment.

    I don't know why, but Biderman is someone who I consider puts out credible data, and this video I think, as did Winch, is worth watching as it casts a negative picture on so-called money on the sidelines coming into the market any time soon.

      he makes a great point about what money is going into treasuries.

      It's the same complaint we've had at iTulip for a long time, that Tbill money may not be rationally - calculated individual investor[*] money, but politically-motivated foreign CB money.
