    something about the way he talks about derivatives tells me he knows nothing valuable about the situation - sounds like he's just repeating a bulleted list someone prepared for him.

    "you taste as little of the force as the spoon tastes of food"

    And his solution's standard FIRE econ stuff - give the banks more money to increase the amount of money that's been loaned out.

    Nothing about debt cancellation / forgiveness.

        It allows a reboot when the current system is having a conniption because its corrupt and those in control of the issuance of money need to wear a loss but the system is set up to make this very difficult. It's a political decision as to who bears the cost but they're trying to keep the masquerade going that market forces can allocate the costs which of course is obvious bs by now.
