      Excellent advice -- for all the reasons given in the video. Extremely good lecture! A video that should be seen by everybody. The legal system pretty much requires that you not talk to the police.

        The lawyer makes a lot of excellent points.

        I used to drive a lot in the early 90's, and twice I got stopped for speeding. Both times I was asked, did I know how fast I was going? Both times, the first by chance, I answered that I didn't know. When the officer told me, my response was "Wow!" In neither instance was I more than 10mph over the limit. In both instances I was given a warning ticket.

        Wanna get out of what I see as the greatest ripoff of your time: jury duty?

        On the form they give you to fill out, somewhere on the form is an "other comments." The three times I was summonsed, I wrote 'I think all lawyers are dishonest, I don't care which side they represent." If asked to elaborate on that, which I never was, I would have said probably there are one or two who are honest, but most I wouldn't trust.
