Are Illegal Immigration and the North American Union the Same Issue?
Aug 22, 2007
My dear Friends,
Are the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SSP) and Illegal Immigration one issue? You bet they are and for all of you who made calls, sent emails and letters and stood against the Congressional Senate Immigration Bill that includes the advancement of the SPP; the merger of the U.S. with Canada and Mexico (section 413), you brought about the greatest victory we have seen in years. Americans across the country were not sleeping. They were furious and they were not going to stand for amnesty for illegals. Americans shut down the Senate switchboard. Stay ready; you may have to do it again! The defeated Senate Amnesty bill would have integrated 20 million illegal aliens into our labor force and sealed our fate into the SPP.
The globalists and liberals in Washington will be back. However, we must continue to claim back our Republic, our Constitution and our Sovereignty and stop this treasonous raid on the U.S. taxpayers.
If you did not receive my first two articles on the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North American, also known as the North American Union (NAU), please read the articles at www.senatornancyschaefer.com.
President Bush with then-Mexico President Vicente Fox, left, and then-Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin in March 2005 at the inaugural summit of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (White House photo)Once you read them you will understand how illegal immigration and the North American Union are one in the same. Your government is steering the United States into a compromising plan to integrate the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. This 5-year plan spelled out in a 59 page Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) report for the “establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security community”. “Community” means the merger of the U.S. with the corruption and socialism of Mexico and Canada. This CFR document assures its readers that George W. Bush, Mexico President Vincente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minster Paul Martin “committed their governments” to this goal when they met at the Bush ranch and at Waco, Texas on March 23, 2005.
The leaders adopted the “Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America” and assigned “working groups” to complete the details. SPP.gov of the Department of Commerce will give you the working committees. However, SPP.gov will also give you the “myth” that no agreement was signed in Waco, Texas on March 23, 2005, and that, my friend, is not true.
I have said all the above to refute those who claim the NAU is only a “conspiracy theory”. One cannot discredit these facts by trivializing them. Fighting for liberty and freedom requires vigilance 24/7. But as we defeated the Senate Immigration bill in Washington, we can defeat the NAU. We can also defeat the Trans Texas Corridor planned to allow Mexican trucks to cross our borders and distribute poisonous and inferior goods from China all the way to Canada.
I introduced a SPP Resolution (SR 124) in the State Senate of Georgia urging the U.S. Congress to withdraw the U.S. from the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America. The resolution was delayed to the final hour, was not thoroughly understood and took a hit by the Georgia Chamber of Commerce calling on Senators to vote against the resolution, thus causing the resolution to fail by only a few votes. I’ll give the Senators another opportunity to vote on this Resolution in the 2008 session. At present, 18 states either have passed or are working on resolutions against the SPP and the NAU. Even the Teamsters Union has filed suit to stop the Bush Administration’s plan to open our borders to Mexican trucks. Also, the Texas legislators, who at one point said there was no Trans Texas Corridor, have voted to put a moratorium on the super NAFTA highway.
As early as April 12, 2007, World Net Daily carried an article by Jerome Corsi that Mexican trucks would begin operating their long haul rigs through the U.S. (the Kansas City Port is already built) as early as the end of April. Now we learn that evidence of increasing international trade truck traffic on Interstate 35 through Minnesota is raising concern that NAFTA superhighway traffic contributed to the collapse of the freeway bridge in Minneapolis. Also, it has been discovered that the Federal Highway Administration report dating back to 1998, warned that increasing NAFTA truck traffic was creating a safety concern with bridges in states along the I-35 NAFTA Superhighway, including Minnesota.
Is it any wonder that Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich calls the illegal immigration policy “madness” and that Pat Buchanan and David Limbaugh both call it “suicide”? And yet in the Atlanta Journal Constitution in a pre-9-11 editorial on September 7, 2001 were these words; “The ultimate goal of any White House policy ought to be a North American economic and political alliance similar in scope and ambition to the European Union. Unlike the varied landscapes and cultures of European Union members, the United States, Canada and Mexico already share a great deal in common, and language is not as great a barrier. President Bush, for example, is quite comfortable with the blended Mexican-Anglo culture forged in the border states of Texas, California, and Arizona.”
It has also been revealed that Mexico not only operates 47 Mexican consulates here in the U.S. against our sovereignty and our American citizenship, but also operates two “mobile” consulates to advance its effort for amnesty for millions of Mexican illegals in the U.S. We should be aware of several other issues such as the fact that several “AgJOB bills have been brought up again in Congress that will provide amnesty to illegal alien farm workers. The costly bills are S. 237, S. 340, and H.R. 371. The AgJOBS will reward illegal immigrants and encourage the deported to return to the U.S.
We can watch for a new immigration reform package to be introduced and follow up on the August 20th meeting of President Bush in Montebello, Quebec with Stephen Harper and Felipe Caldron of Mexico. It is my understanding that opponents of the NAU held a press conference on August 20th in Montebello and that President Bush brushed off reports concerning a North American Union. On the eve of the recent SPP Summit 110,000 citizens signed a Washington petition opposing the merger.
Twenty-two members of the U.S. House of Representatives (21 Republicans and 1 Democrat) have expressed in a letter to the President their uneasiness over the “serious growing concerns in the U.S. Congress about the so-called Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) that you (Bush) launched with these nations in 2005.”
Signatories to the letter included the following members of the House of Representatives:
Rep. Terry Everett, R-Alabama
Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-California
Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colorado
Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas
Rep. Nancy Boyda, D-Kansas
Rep. Walter Jones, R-North Carolina
Rep. David Davis, R-Tenn.
Rep. Phil Gingrey, R-Georgia
Rep. John Boozman, R-Arkansas
Rep. John Duncan, R-Tenn.
Rep. Virgil Goode, R-Virginia
Rep. Tom Price, R-Georgia
Rep. Ginny Brown-Waite, R-Florida
Rep. Sue Myrick, R-North Carolina
Rep. Jo Bonner, R-Alabama
Rep. Gary Miller, R-Calif.
Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa
Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon
Rep. Michael Rogers, R-Alabama
Rep. Thaddeus McCotter, R-Michigan
Rep. Robert Aderholt, R-Alabama
Rep. Todd Akin, R-Missouri
We must continue to press for the Border Patrol agents Ramos and Compean serving federal prison sentences to be set free. The Congressional House of Representatives has approved a measure to block the Bureau of Prisons from spending money to incarcerate them. This miscarriage of justice needs to be corrected.
Connect the dots folks, and you can see what is looming before us. We are receiving political knowledge, but it requires political action. Remember, “Faith without works is dead”. America needs courage and leadership at this perilous time in history. We can’t return to the true Republic of our Founding Fathers, without the God of our Fathers, whom we have kicked out of our schools, our government, our culture and our homes.
A North American Union would not only be the end of America as we know it, but the beginning of a European Union type regional government operated not by the people or for the people, but operated by the globalist elites.
Sincerely yours,
Senator Nancy Schaefer
