  • USA's Treasury "ESF" - The Black Budget Money Masters

Folks, get out your popcorn, put on your tinfoil hats and some knee pads (for going deep down the rabbit hole):
This is a "Market Skeptics" special report.

This is a part 5 series on the US's ESF (Exchange Stabilization Fund), which apparently is a US Treasury entity who's public and excutive face is the NY Fed. Based on the gold reserve act of 1934 along with a plethora of news articles on the subject spanning several decades, the author of this video tries to explain who the real malevolent money masters are behind the scenes and specifically pointing out that it's not the Federal Reserve. Further it seems to point out that the ESF's agenda has little to do with defending the dollar or stabalizing anything (quite the contrary) and points out dozens of international covert operations funded by the ESF along with aid in creating the IMF, funding the CIA, part of the cold war, a hand in creating the existing Bretton Woods IMS (International Monetary System) and even funded the nation's first intelligence agency (The OSS - with upwards of 12,000 employees). But that's just the tip of the iceberg, you gotta watch the rest for yourself.

I know what you'll be thinking as you are watching this; this is the type of material that would make for a killer summer blockbuster movie, but what if there's some truth to the author's correlated conclusions? I personaly have near zero historic knowledge of this stuff to destinguish as to whether this adds up to a brilliant piece of research work or correlated conspiracy nonesense. My gut tells me it's a bit of both. No matter what you believe, I think you'll agree, the author must have put in hundreds if not thousands of hours of research to come up with all this shockingly correlated "evidence". Oh and just to get you hooked, he is the grandson of a Jackyll Island Bretton Woods secret meeting attendee.

I have posted this on several occasions. I have to say the response has been less than enthusiastic.

I searched for "ESF" before posting this, but nothing came up. So what did you make of it all? I must admit, I wanted to hit pause every 10 seconds to read the full articles flying across the screen, but I had no time, so I may have to watch it again when I have a bit more time. I've always wondered how hundreds of billions in black budgets never seem to get investigated seriously, this is the first video I've come across that tries to make sense of it, although I also haven't gone out looking for answers either. Possibly the most surprising thing for me is that here all along I thought the Bernanke was the big bad boss, when it seems as if Turbo Timmy has all the power after all. :-)

Well... I always seemed to me like the Fed's independence was a polite legal fiction and that if push came to shove, that it would be dispensed with in a heartbeat. Therefore I was not surprised to learn that effectively that moment happened in 1951. The close connection between the CIA and the ESF is surprising and informative. The video is well researched and well presented. I don't like seeing an otherwise well put together piece that repeats canards about AIDS. deCarbonnel seems intent on exonerating the Fed. It seems more likely that they are co-conspirators than innocent victims. I don't know. I have not seen it in a year. I will have to find time to watch it again to give you an opinion.

marketskeptics? isn't that the website that has been predicting a massive upcoming food shortage this year? and last year? and the year before that? etc.

ok maybe that's a slight hyperbole, but in my opinion, critical thinking is not one of Eric Decarbonell's fortes.

Let's try to be charitable. This year pretty much everybody is predicting a food shortage. He is just a man ahead of his time. You need to look at his methods to understand why he is so consistently wrong on the food issue. He looks at the number of counties that are considered federal disaster area and plots them against time. This is going up and he thinks; A HA! A food shortage. What is really going on is a back door bailout of poor farmers. The disasters are bogus and the farmers are well prepared for them. What they are not prepared for is the financial crisis. So uncle Sam arranges a bailout.

DeCarbonnel has setup a agricultural company in Russia. This sounds like a good idea. Land is cheap in Russia and very fertile. He got caught in the grain export ban a few years back. I would like to know how he is doing. I consider putting some money into his plan about 5 years back.

It's not the fact that he's thinking outside of the box that I have issues with. It's his inability to change his mind when he's presented with contradictory indicators. I used to read marketskeptics.com for some time, but gave up on it exactly because of this. Once Eric has an idea in his head, he suffers badly from confirmation bias and consistently rejects any indications that might disprove his positions.

P.S. the problem with food shortage is that the definition is rather qualitative; was the arab spring caused by food shortage? by high inflation? etc.
