Europe's IMF = ESM, European Stability Mechanism
If I was a European right now, my blood would be boiling! Attempting these sort of take overs of an entire Continent with the stroke of a pen is to be asking for a massive revolution. Any law makers or politicos who sign this thing should be taken to the guillotine.
