          Thanks. What I find more interesting is the definition of "Soft Power", which is the one with the best narrative (ie 'story') wins !

          IMHO, TOO many are buying into the 'narrative'

            I'd say: hardly 'best' narrative. Just a narrative that sounds plausible enough to most, if you can influence what the bullhorn says (staying silent on better narratives that undermine your interest). If this narrative is repeated often enough with success, most people will regard everyone with a different narrative as black sheep, due to the conformist nature of humans.

              Yes, very good point, Frank.

              Also, one with most "data" can also win the "narrative" race. Doesn't mean the "data" is worth a damn, just means more are convinced by it.
