Smart man. I wish I had understood his book well enough when I read it in 2007. He predicted the housing crash (his investment advice at that time was 90% government bonds (low risk investments in his eyes) and 10% high risk high return investments (venture capitalization in other words)). I wonder what he thinks of bonds right now...
