We are polling registered members, so there's a bias. On the other hand, our members are generally not shy about expressing their opinions if there's something here at the tulip they don't like. If the vote were, for example, 25 fair use to 9 copyright infringement, we'd consider the possibility that at least some might interpret the content as copyright infringement. The fact that the vote is 34 for fair use vs zero for copyright infringement is meaningful.

Quick update.

So we're going through the process with YouTube. We filed a take-down complaint against TheStreet.com last week. While we await a response, we are looking into legal options.
