Judge Dale Ross in Broward County gave my home to IndyMac Bank (Property Managers) and when I tried to speak he rolled his eyes and said "What Difference Does it make"?????? What I want to hear more about is the HAMP trial program. I'm hearing a lot of stories of people getting into the trial period for HAMP, then being declined, another trial period, then declined. That will happen 3 or 4 and then they'll get a bill for 10k or they'll be foreclosed on. Do banks get paid every time they put someone in one of these trial programs?

So, what % of these foreclosures are people who just walked away and what % are people that are trying to be paid and given the impression they can get a modification only to be denied because proper paper work wasn't received.
