Paul Volcker was in Canada today, being awarded an honourary degree from Queen's University and, rumour has it, seeking political asylum...;)

where did all the paul volckers go? what did we do to drive them out?

alternatively... what's wrong with paul volcker?

I liked at the end when Mr. Volcker laughed with gusto when the interviewer said "You have the President's ear."

Queen's University is the preppiest school North of the border, which allow them to charge over $50,000 for a 10-month "Executive MBA" for idiots [up from $20K for a 2 year program in the early 2000s].

Now that being out of the way, who with a brain in their little skull would say "No matter what the costs"? or better yet, "the stimulus package is helping"...


I suggest we sell Queens to the Federal Reserve for Gold Buffalos.
