Re: National Debt...They are selling you.

This is crap. Some boneheads in China wanna keep their population controlled by keeping them working, selling us Cheap Chinese trinkets. Good ol USA 10 trillion in debt? Make it 20 trillion? The Chinese elites want to keep the masses working, the shits gonna hit the fan when the Gringos stop buyin. It is happening now. I would bet that the Chinese and other global elites that control their flocks are begging the good ol USA to come up with some sort of bubble so the US consumer can put thier flocks back to work.

Selling us !?!?! We have bricklayers, carpet layers, policemen, firemen, plumbers, teachers, nurses, etc, etc living in $250,000 homes and driving $30,000 automobiles. Where else do slaves live so good? Anyways, what in the world would the Chinese with 1 billion + need or want with another 300 million people?

Seems to me, some folks should spend 6 months playing a massive multiplayer online game. They would get a real awakening on how the real world works. Economics is only part of the game. They gotta keep people happy or they quit and do not pay for another months subscription. In the real world the same is true, except instead of quiting the people revolt.

The elite controlling this World are more freaked out about this, and the idea of Gringos not spending but saving is a disaster for their power over the flock.

As a US citizen, I just feel like some weird beneficiary of a corrupt World. We seem to be the dumping ground for others labor. Will it end soon? Who knows.... But slaves??? Come on, anyone with half a brain knows we will either inflate our debt away or just not pay up. Revolt or war are possibities but the real slaves are the ones producing real goods for pieces of paper that might never be repaid.

This guy underestimates the USA, we gonna take the free ride until the rest of the world has new leadership that says NO MORE. Personally, I hope it happens sooner than latter, us Gringos need to get hungry again, we have lost our way and need the rest of the world to stop feeding us.

agree with all of the above except the bolded part.

common error... we all see the trinkets at the walmart but that doesn't mean all china sells us is trinkets. this chart tells the real story... by dollar volume...

I heard of a sheep farmer on the west coast of Ireland, eking out a living, on the side of a mountain on some very rugged and wind swept terrain in the 30s. I am told, he was a man of his times, and had little conception of animal rights as we know them today, animals had utility, and as such were a basic necessity for survival during these times, they were often precieved as tools. He would keep three or four dogs at a time for various tasks around the farm. The first dog, usually the newest dog, was the house animal, and would sit at his feet during the evening at the fire, which he would pet, he would be fed the best scraps from the table and so forth, this dog would also undergo training to become a working dog, but would enjoy the comforts of the house while so. The second and third dogs were the working dogs and used to round up the sheep, and would stay in the barn but were well fed etc.., the fourth dog usually the oldest or least useful of the four, was put in a wooden box at the side of the sheep pen at the edge of the mountain and used to scare off foxes or such things while the farmer was not around, its existence I am told was a miserable one.
This dog would usually last a relatively period of time before it capitulated to the elements and most likely the hunger. At which point a new dog was needed for the job in the box and positions were rotated and a new dog acquired.

As taxes increase to service the vast sums of tax payer money already handed over to the banking industry and the rest of the industrial complex, as many peoples net value is inflated away, as blatant fraud is covered up and enabled by those tasked with preventing it, as representative democracy seems to be drawing its last breaths, suffocated by lobbyists, fraud and bureaucracy, as the middle class, the two thosandaires up to their necks in debt, get shoved in swathes into poverty, as in one day the media squaks about curtailment of freedom, regulatory capture and the rape and pillage of the tax payer and the inability to do anything about this blatant criminal action, and then the next is seen to be facilitating such criminality, as ex-members of the executive branch, possibly guilty of illegal wars, torture and god knows what else,, are free to walk the streets, safe from fear of prosecution, as the productive industrial base is hollowed out etc etc.

I think this video if anything may be underplaying the current plight in fact it brought to mind the story of the sheep farmers dogs as related above, the scraps from the top table and the place at the fire may not always be there, maybe even, the wooden box is beckoning for some.
