My little finger tells me that we may soon see a few posts by JimTheRealtor on iTulip ;). If only because according to him iTulip is "cool".

Below, are Jim on ABC's Nightline interview last April followed by his latest video about the sorry state of the CRE. Who could have known?

Jim on Nightline. Runtime: 7min. 28sec.

Jim's latest CRE clip. Runtime: 3min.

I have stopped selling real estate for a personal reason not related to the condition of the market. In many ways this kind of market is easier. It is easy to tell the truth when everybody knows the truth. As to your other question, like you I find difficulity in answering that question.

That is a good point, but what about broke customers with no pension, no stocks, no gold, no fiat and a previously defaulted mortgage and maxed out credit cards?

I never had "difficulity" () only unwillingness thus far...

I never had any difficulty getting results from a google search on "Largo Winch". However I come up empty handed searching on "cjppjc".

In a buyers market expectations are easier to manage. In the beginning sellers cannot face the realities. They come around eventually. As for the buyers, they are tough to deal with in any market.

I thought that was Chinese writing, not Japanese. Even Google translate agrees with me .

So cjppjc; you are a Realtor in China who studies psychology (for sales I guess)?

I don't know why I can't learn how to embed. My people are very tech savy.

No I live in New Jersey. And I'm not Japanese. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Realtor is a designation, not a job description. And I know nothing about psychology.

You need to click the button on the top right to switch to Editor Mode, then paste the embed code from YouTube.

And FWIW, I bet it's just a palindrome of your initials.

Correct Jimmy. Also I've tried every which way to embed videos. My inability should put to rest the rumors of my being Japanese.
