I wish this video distinguished more carefully between spending and lending. Money spent on fiscal stimulus--politicians prefer the term "invested"--not be repaid. Not all of the money lent to banks will be repaid but likely more than half of it will.

"More than half" - I presume you mean in nominal value, not inflation adjusted .
