AKA "synergy", something which does not flourish without internal competition. Ann, if you were running a corporation of which I was an employee, based upon your somewhat regimented inclinations for discourse as expressed on other threads in the past couple of days, I must confess I would have long since sought employment elsewhere. No personal disrespect intended. Just a personality divergence. Meantime, I've been with my German employer for twelve years, and enjoy better relations with both my CEO's there than I do with some relatives - excellent, serene, very effective business relations. I've handled a merchant account with several hundred K in it for them (they are in Europe, I am on the West Coast) for twelve long years and we all trust each other implicitly - as though we were family. BTW, they greatly value diversity, and the freedom among employees to "stretch out" on occasion - in return, they get a fierce loyalty from the entire 40 person team.

Well in fairness to Ann, I don't claim to know who she may be, nor quantify her. My remarks were really only informed by her wish to summarily delete a thread here - btw, that's a sentiment you seem to have shared with her on multiple occasions in the past Metalguy. ;) As an iTuliper however I do know quite clearly where I stand on that count. You two policing enthusiasts would reliably find me on the opposite side of this barricade.
