he should be running away with this election. remember when paul manafort said that after he got the nomination he would pivot to being "presidential." never happened. if it had there'd be no contest. off the cuff- poor impulse control and a thin skin. e.g. he spent a week in a tussle with the khan family [who lost a son in afghanistan]. if he'd had any self control he would have said that he understood how badly they felt and then pinned the death on the endless wars supported by hillary. but he didn't do that.

If he wants to reach the people not listening to the speeches, then he needs to make that the sound bite.

Chris Matthews, of all people, just wrote the best 30 second pitch I've heard. Take it and buy commercial time.

After all the misquoting and deliberate misrepresentation of every little aside the man has made, we're seriously suggesting he focus on soundbites? Have any of you ever watched a Trump event cover to cover? He's saying that and more.

Anyway, he's been incredibly successful in reaching all sorts of folks who've either abandoned politics or never before voted and Matthews is a Clinton partisan. So why change now?

I think he is running away with it and we'll know for sure next week following whatever last minute oppo the Clinton Crime Family is sitting on.

"BUT BY FAR THE GREATEST IRONY in all of this is that Democrats have now explicitly adopted the exact smears that were used by the Far Right for decades to demonize liberals and the left as disloyal Kremlin stooges. For the entire second half of the 20th century, any Americans who opposed U.S. proxy wars with Russia, or advocated arms control deals with them, or generally desired less conflict, were branded as Useful Idiots of the Kremlin, loyal to Moscow, controlled by Russian leaders. Democrats have taken this script – one of the most shameful and destructive in American history – and have made it the centerpiece of their 2016 presidential campaign.

The examples are too numerous to cite, but let’s start with the most ironic one. When Bill Clinton ran for President in 1992 against the Republican incumbent George H.W. Bush, one of the primary attacks on him was that he harbored sympathy for Russia or even disloyalty to the U.S. as evidenced by, among other things, his anti-war activism regarding Vietnam and his “unexplained” trip to Moscow as a college student. An October 9, 1992 Guardian article referred to how “the strange case of Mr Clinton’s trip to Moscow” to explain that “the Republicans are scratching away at those doubts about Mr Clinton ‘s character.” The Christian Science Monitor on October 15 of that year described “the Bush camp’s new effort to turn Bill Clinton’s bit part in the anti-war movement that swept the country 25 years ago, plus a student trip to Moscow, into something akin to treason."

Democrats’ Tactic of Accusing Critics of Kremlin Allegiance Has Long, Ugly History in U.S.

i remember the marc rich pardon very well, and i remember being very annoyed by it. it was clear at the time that it was a quid pro quo for denise rich's large contributions to the democratic party.

The Clinton Foundation is the key issue here.

"the manner in which the State Department was put in the service of the Foundation during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary is shocking. It is suggestive of a pattern of pay-to-play bribery, the monetizing of political influence, fraud, and obstruction of justice that the Justice Department should be investigating as a possible RICO conspiracy under the federal anti-racketeering laws."

Win or lose, this is one of the "alt-right", white nationalist racist groups piggy-backing on the Trump "phenomenon". As the ad says, this is only the beginning.

While not all individuals supporting Trump are avowed racists, this has been one of Trump's core messages. There is a reason they can use only his words.

This ad has been running for several days and Trump has not disavowed it.

This is total "race card" BS and you know it. How is Trump supposed to disavow every idiot ad out there. Has Hillary disavowed the Democrat ops guys that tried to formet violence at Trump rallies.

You are now being a racist yourself for using the race card on a tiny, tiny group of people who may be that way.

In fact Trump is reaching out to blacks and making gains:

                    http://nypost.com/2016/09/18/black-v...p-in-new-poll/

Trump is also reaching out to Hispanics:

That's not his core message and never was. The Donald's first of its kind presidential announcement laid out the message - make a America great again by renegotiating bad trade deal, ending illegal immigration, recognition of the failure in Iraq and a focus against ISIS, return of jobs and the improvement of the economy, ending Obamacare, reforming lobbying and ending influence peddling and corruption, the general failure of the political class, his awesome Trump leadership, moneyed independence and general bad-assness, his support for the Second Amendment, for ending common core, for rebuilding infrastructure, and for preserving Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. If you can stand the stream of consciousness prose, read for yourself. I've been posting speeches and he's covered all of those themes consistently. Anyone who wants can see for themselves what Trump's message is.

This fixation on an invisible and amorphous phantasm called alt right is a smear intended to shut down debate and redirect people's attention. Now that I've thought about it, it's so clever that it has a whiff of COINTELPRO to it, especially where the campuses and social media are involved. And whatever the case, it's not working.

There are more white nationalists every year . I think I even became one recently ever since they redefined it as not having intense self loathing and guilt. If you don't think Europeans and their culture are the cause of every ill on earth, you are probably a white nationalist.

I have a lot in common with white nationalists. I drink tap water just like they do. I like to encourage local agriculture because I believe in food security and self determination. I think societies work better when they can agree on certain modalities without having to codify it . I think it is important to maintain independence from foreign domination. I don't mind the Amish, who seem to have a nation of sorts and they seem white. I kinda liked Finland as well, but hey why not make room for more , after all there are lots of Finns , like 5 million of them. Who cares about some Finno-Uralic back water culture when it could be another piece of North Africa.

Thing is I also remember being on Great Exuma as some might recall . Looked like a bunch of black people to me. I got to thinking that last thing I would want to see was anyone else moving in, en mass, changing their way of life , up turning the apple cart. Guess I might be a black nationalist as well, huh.

Remove the vast central power of the Federal state, most of this crap goes away. People will be with whom they want. They will marry whom they want. People who want to be with "their own , will. People who want to be multicultural will as well.
People don't care about Italian Irish miscegenation because it happened so slowly and organically ,no one gave a crap. When a race of people over 5 generations change, no one knows or cares. When a central state pits Western Ukrainians against Eastern Ukrainians, people seem to end up dead.

Do people realize that if everyone got along so well there would be no culture? I like a little racism. I like it that there might be a core group of people to tell carpet baggers to go away. I have no problem if some people don't want my kind around, especially if its going to be a strip mall with a Dairy Queen and a Currency Exchange with a the cookie cutter brick facade . It the racists that preserve the cultures. They are the reason we can have multiculturalism at all. I am happy to see multicultural international cities , just as I am grateful that the stand offish hinterlands provide the feed stock for all this cultural diversity.

What a wonderful tool of central government that can destroy all local organized resistance , painting them up as racists. What a great way to end up with globalist monoculture.

Or you could Try Mama's bakery on Great Exuma . You won't find a Dunkin nothin. Maybe they just haven't let in enough Pakistanis.

We need an independent prosecutor with staff and a budget to get through this mess. As always, the Clintons taint everything they touch and we've seen that DOJ can't seem to play this one straight. Whoever wins, it starts in Congress in the next session.

Using the Department of State as a conduit to bribing foreign governments to enrich the Clinton family smells of racketeering.

Surely , however its seems to me that what remains in the Clinton camp can only be one determined to vote for her purely for the stated(public) political position. They don't care how they get their fried chicken.
The only thing that would move the electorate much more away from her is something emotional and easy to understand like killing puppies. That would tend to even things out because they know Trump, deep in his heart , hates puppies. We all thought he was just some real estate investor with bling even last year . Turns out he is a host inhabited by Satin and Hitler.

Take another shot of course , we might still yet flip the vote of a few moral philosophers.
