Kamala Harris wants society to pay reparations because of the harm slaveowners & slavery caused to the mental health of blacks. Why doesn’t SHE pay given that her paternal ancestor Hamilton Brown was one of the worst offenders, terrorizing 200+ blacks on his five plantations?

Personally, I think Biden would have been much better off with Tammy Duckworth.

A 1st term minority senator from Illinois(sound familiar?), who also happens to be female and a combat wounded veteran (double leg amputee flying a Blackhawk helo in Iraq).

Duckworth had only a very limited political history allowing aspiration and hope to play a role, plus she was making noises that sounded more centrist that Harris for less existing voter base overlap and more potential for extension.

I'm disappointed......I was hoping for Trump to remind us that Duckworth was born near Chiiiina.....and how "everyone says" he would have been a better combat injured veteran than Duckworth.

I am excited about Presidential debates....which means they probably will not happen.

Harris will be super dangerous in debate, so Pence better bring his A game....he might want to get Tulsi Gabbard as a debate consultant. Tulsi destroyed Harris in the primary debates.

With the greatest respect to you shiny! I'm a middle class Dem, and I don't see the party has swung left.
In fact, I used to call myself an Eisenhower republican, and I still think I am.
I quit the republican party in 2016 because I could not support their work to tear down much of what made America a great place to live.
Despite my 30 years as a registered republican I'm very comfortable with the policies of today's democratic party.

The discussion of "how far right" and "how far left" can be better understood using the concept of the Overton Window.
Right wing media has mastered the Overton window to the extent that traditional US policies are now branded as radical leftist Marxist schemes.

If she's elected I think you are correct to say that.
Senator Harris was born in Oakland California. Her mother was born in India and her father was born in Jamaica of African heritage.

My HATE for the DNC is not Love for RNC..............the DNC SHOULD HAVE GIVEN THE AMERICAN PEOPLE REAL HEALTH CARE IN THE 90's!
