Create worldwide economic collapse, break down the social bonds between humans, then rebuild society in a Utopian image.
Because it's worked so well in the past.

Yep theirs..............I wondered why they not driven up the price of oil if they wish to reduce driving?
Oil is in EVERYTHING, if the oil price blows higher then they face an explosion in inflation.....which will KILL the system stone dead!
