Normally I wouldn't worry too much about this, UK has the safest roads in Europe bar Sweden, the only way beat us into top spot was all the BAD truck drivers from Eastern Europe we got killing our people while deliver crap from China.
Given that vast numbers now work from home, mass unemployment arriving & auto brake systems things will improve all by themselves. However there are people whom will try to "take power" via the safety play.
With cars now getting fitted with GPS speed limting devices (which can be switched off for now, but 1 over the air 5G software "update" later might not be able to) these people need watching. I note that SUDDENLY UK press is full of anti-speed camera tales.....are we being set up for something?
