You total Bastards have acted like Coke dealers, you helped "They" to bid up the price of homes to totally insane levels. Now suddenly the gravey train is about to hit the buffers!
You face higher rates in the next few years & a recession (Yes a recession in the middle of a depression!) is about to arrive. But before that the Welfare Industrail complex is about to run out of cash..........
So, you won't house Welfare?......Well F*ckers welfare is 55% of the market (more in some places) so half your homes will be emputy. Thats going to piss all over you cash flow & balance sheet won't it sh1t heads!
When every Welfare wanker finds he can live rent FREE in your house for 12-18 months before you get him thrown out...for all that time he IS getting LOTS of welfare cash intended for RENT. Even when you do get him out then what?....a glut of homes for sale & panic selling/margin calls will turn everything RED ink time.
Already the goverment has approuched the persion funds & agreed that they will invest with local concils to build 1&2 bedroom homes etc on brown field sites......what, you think they need you any more?
Your job dicheads was to be "Debt opertives" & now you are no longer required!
Eat sh1t & die............in fact double sh1t & DIE.
