Again the setting of an unemployment percentage to change what is going on...except that they are doing absolutely nothing to stimulate job growth, and despite printing, can't get people to spend enough money to keep manufacturing going well. And even if there is manufacturing going on, who are they making the products for?

After a while, there is only so much stuff you can buy that is actually useful, and people have noticed their wallets aren't very full anymore.
