So, after years of sucess...after keeping so many scumbags away from good people, after providing cost effective shelter.......it comes to this?
This wonderful icon of British social housing is no more, no longer do we have somewhere to dump the problem familes, the drug dealer/users.....a place with almost ZERO car parking so robbing a car is pointless because it would be spotted quickly.
Most important, no where to THREATEN those whom are making life diffcult for others, the single mum's whom can't be bothered to see their child goes to school. It must have been so easy, so rewarding for the police/local goverment to say...."Look, either toe the line or we ship you out to Red Road hights".
The Fear that would have made would bring 95% to understand it was time to toe the line!
Now?...........Well some poor bastard having worked all his/her life & paid the bills will be "lucky" enough to have local goverment place them in a buy-2-let just round the conner..........& rise the local taxes to pay for it!
