I note that the average BTL landlord "owns" (is in hock to) 8 houses........one of the local ones by me has (snigger) hit hard times. The Audi & Range Rover have gone, old Ford now on the driveway.....BIG "For sale" sign up in his garden & i note 3 local houses now emputy & for sale (he had 12 am told).....Oh Dear
