Bit late, but because after F*CKING WELL spending all of Mega's money via giving it away to sh1sher landlords whom went around plucking the lowest form of scum from their natural habatt & putting them into nice houses in nice areas so they could Rape & pillage....while WE paid their rents......so said spiv landlords could swan round lease-hire SUV's/BMW/Merc etc.....

Yes, try getting a phone call from your 79 year old mom at 6.50 in the am to tell you they been broken into at 4.00 am & they lifted a number of phones & laptops & Dad's car.........we never proved it but a familey less then half a mile from her house was caught 5 days latter.........well known to the Police.....whom where shocked to find them living is such a nice area......the landlord was also known to them........

Delighted to say the house in question has now been repo-ed, but it should NEVER of happened to start with!

As i say, the tide has turned.....the house prices are falling fast round Liverpool now...down 30-35% & still falling. The Lefty scum have now RUN out of money, thus rents are getting cut & lots whom live in nice 3-4 bed room homes are getting told that they need to leave & live in 2 bed appartments.........

Am sure these "licensed" will not be cheap & i am also sure they pass the info onto the our version of the IRS.

A clerk at the local grocery store was buyinga house 'on contract' froms someone else. Except this guy was not making any of the mortgage payments.

She found out last month that her added $200/mo towards the down payment was gone. And her 'landlord' found out that she had gotten the foreclosure papers, and would not longer be paying him.

In the end, she will live there rent free for five months, which will probably equal the 'extra' she had paid for her 'down payment'. I am encouraging hre to lein the house and gum up the works so she can stay there even longer...
