One, it's Krona. Two, is any fiat currency worth buying into? Three, although she's old, I'd say in her prime she was more of a lipstick lesbo, than a butchie.

I don't know how it works , but the ECB doesn't publish a rate for ISK anymore
Icelandic krona - The last rate was published on 3 Dec 2008.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF), which came to Reykjavik's rescue in November with a loan of 2.1 billion dollars, has forecast the island's economy will contract by 10 percent this year -- a dire scenario for Icelanders.

          ---

At the same time, the Icelandic krona, which lost 44 percent of its value last year, is struggling to gain back ground. On Tuesday, one euro was trading for 168 kronur, while one dollar was worth 129 kronur.

The exchange rate is a catastrophe for Icelanders who took out loans in foreign currency, as their debt has suddenly ballooned.

Despite the grim numbers, "basically the good signs are still there, inflation is slowing down, the exchange rate is stable," Franek Rozwadowski, the IMF's resident representative in Iceland, told AFP.

Well as you can clearly see the situation is like 42-43 in Uruguay. Also like 1904-1905 in Trinidad.
