Where were all your tears during the years that the policies were put into place for the financial calamity we're now experiencing? Where were your apocalyptic predictions during the last years of conservative domination of national politics and their own brand of deficit spending?

I had a nightmare the other day. Suddenly the dollar tanked, it was a matter of minutes, and my stocks had added another zero, in dollars. Just in minutes. I wonder if it can really happen that fast.
