I voted today at 0900. The weather here is cool, misty, rained really hard last night. I talked with several workers at the polls today; I heard comments like
" Oh turnout is good "
" Strong "
" We had a long line this morning "
This is in rural southern Indiana, a non presidental year election. Hmmmm to me this spells trouble for incumbents
