The Wall Street bail out bill in very simple terms and don't let anyone tell you different.
You neighbor accepted a check in payment for something he sold.
The check bounced.
Your neighbor talks to your lawyer (That is your Congressman) to have you buy the worthless check from him.
Your lawyer (That is your Congressman) does not care what you think about the bad check, he will buy the bad check from your neighbor because they are buddies.
This is all done in public, in the open to all to see.
You are too stupid to know better or complain.
If the bill passes, congratulations, -sarcasm- you are now the proud owner of a bad check. What is even worst, you bought that bad check with borrowed money.
