You know the template:

"Oil Prices Could [choose from: plunge, collapse, skid, rise, spike, skyrocket, soar, etc.] To [pick one of: Zero, $10, $20, $30, $40,...$100, $150, $200, infinity, etc.] Says [fill in name of any apparently authoritative source currently in favour].

In the short term oil prices COULD do anything.

This morning Gartman is going on about Gold breaking the 200 dma, "The Dollar has bottomed" [that's a direct quote] and "gold is breaking one support after another, with $850 being the last level of support remaining" [presumably before it collapses like oil?].

As always we all place our bets and pays our money, and accept the consequences. Are you selling your gold or silver? Are you selling your oil? Are you buying US Bonars?
