There are dozens of posts here that explain what the Fed is up to. Make an effort. Look them up.

Keep posting junk to News and I will ban you.

Hey, Mike, have you by chance noticed how little respect you get since you joined iTulip Select? Amazing!

If I may suggest, hopefully constructively, you might pick one of the old treads you started, and everytime you have a question or comment, just add it into that thread. If the management were intent in helping solve your problem, or the "problem" you are for it, they could give you the Thread "Tet's comments." I think Tet has found either a job or another site.

Mike, I think you have contributed worthwhile news links. I am not aware of anyone else here who spends as much time reading the UK news (perhaps GRG).

        Hang in there.

Have you noticed how many complains I've gotten since Mega joined iTulip Select?

Rarely had any complaints in two years. Now many.

Not everyone is a fan of the middle aged and older kids who thumb their noses at the management of this site.

This site is about open, intelligent, on-topic discussion. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

          Final warning.

Uh... let's all play friendly and nice. This is like playing at a friends house. It's their house, their toys. Yet you can still reasonably expect to have fun - after all, if nobody played, there would be no play at all.

How about finding an appropriate forum? I can yell "gold is down again - I'm nervous", mega can yell "WHAT IS GOING ON" several times a day. How about the "rants and raves"? Or better yet - give Mega his own subforum? You can call this policy "containment" and say it is "not a bailout", just a way to "promote the stability and growth" of ITulip . Mega: not likely yet, but if you just could get some more brownie points, you'd be on track. Remember - brownie points. Not all pointy-haired bosses are stupid even if they have "silly rules". I suspect that a number of those pointy-haired bosses are in fact getting rich, while we J6Ps get shafted. But maybe we're having more fun?!

Well stated, krakknisse. Why worry about solutions when one can more easily resort to public humiliation.

Excellent suggestion, Jim. A thread is an ideal vehicle for expressing related or sequential thoughts. Large numbers of threads also make it difficult to sort through all the material on the board to find that which one is interested in. The same 30 posts occupying 30 threads are a lot more burdensome than 30 posts in one or two. I try to limit my own posts to a smaller number of threads so that those who find them boring or annoying aren't forced to trip over them on their way to those more to their liking. Easier to find, easier to avoid.

And vice versa, Finster. If you're looking for a previously posted gem it's much easier to find if there are fewer topics by an author.

I might be better offering a Video report or writing a story with photo's?

The Bloke next to me does a lot of heavy engineering, one project that on his table is a production run of "wave power-eletircal power"......These are now in production and a large number of MOD sub contractors are working on the project.

They will be finshed by June and anchored out to sea off Cornwall.....THIS IS NOT a reseach project, this IS Production.

BTW The BOE meeting was to bale out HBOS, note how the £ has tanked today!
