I am attempting-to-be-come a subscriber previous subscriber. I have emailed using the form provided and no reply. The site appears to accept my credit card but I receive no notification.

We did not receive any payment from you, perhaps your payment transaction did not go through, and that explains why you are unable to access iTulip Select paid contents.
If your credit card payment transaction went though successfully, you would have received an email receipt with payment transaction numbers from Authorize.net.
Else please try again as following:
1. Go to: http://www.itulip.com/forums/payments.php webpage,
2. At the landing page, log in with your User Name and password and simply follow the onscreen instructions to complete your subscription and payment.
