  • They're gonna need a bigger boat...

This is why I don't go into the ocean:

Big shark gets eaten by BIGGER shark as fisherman reels it in.

Oy! That was a scary movie! I went home and stripped all the sheets off my waterbed to make sure it was safe. I am not making that up.

Here's a tip about carpal tunnel syndrome: Carpal tunnel syndrome comes from an imbalance in the musculature of the shoulders and back. Certain muscle groups atrophy from lack of use. To compensate, other muscle groups become overstrong from over use. The imbalance creates joint torque with every movement, which creates ligament and joint stress, wear-and-tear, further down the limb in the elbow and wrist. Carpal tunnel surgery only treats the referred pain, not the source of the pain, which is in the shoulder.

Get this book, follow the program and it'll get you all squared away. It helped me correct a longterm postural misalignment that caused me to rupture my L4/L5/S1 disks:

The Egoscue Method of Health Through Motion

      I hope this helps.

      Happy New Year!

I don't have carpal tunnel problems, but that looks like a really interesting book. Thanks for the pointer!

It's a great book. I hope it helps you as much as it helped me.

Cripes! and here I thought banksters were the epitomy of devious:

              Shortfin Mako Shark

They hunt by lunging vertically up and tearing off chunks of their preys' flanks and fins. Makos swim below their prey, so they can see what is above and have a high probability of reaching prey before it notices.
