I would mind a little commentary. Even a brief little commentary on the current action in gold and why its declining the way it is. Is it a summer thing?

When someone is called "iTuliper," does that mean they aren't a subscriber? No, because Chris is both an "iTuliper" and a "Select Premium Member."

Or perhaps this is like visiting a well-used clubhouse and asking where that lamp came from, or that fruit bowl or that quilt... did it come from a yard sale? or did a grandmother make it? ... maybe it's so long ago no one remembers where they came from.
For non-paying members, the title is "iTuliper" until you've reached a certain number of posts, then you become a "Senior iTuliper". After another benchmark, I think 500, you become an "iTulip Ambassador". When you hit 1000 posts, then you are an "iTulip High Commissioner". Paying members are usually titled "iTulip Select Premium Member". That all should happen automatically with the forum software. The few special nicknames have been added manually by FRED. Most of them pre-date my joining the site, a few are more recent. The Shadow Fed title that you may see for some members was a group who would make a prediction of what the actual Federal Reserve was going to announce for the federal funds target rate after the FOMC meetings, as well as a statement of what they should do. That one seemed to taper off over time... it's been effectively zero for so long, there's little fun in making a prediction.
