well considering that the FIREmen in orange county CA have been launching at one of housing blogs: http://drhousingbubble.blogspot.com/ ? i think it was, or maybe: http://www.irvinehousingblog.com/ and when i couldnt get patrick's site, me mind (or whats left of it) immed went into conspiracy mode... ;)

so yeah, i think it was somewhat newsworthy in that context...
