You only live once and despite the economy, future worries, etc, etc, the wife and I have decided to be adventurous.
We're both leaving our positions, and heading to Southeast Asia (we've been there before several times) to explore, regenerate and hopefully have a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
We've actually been preparing for something like this for years. We questioned whether with the economy this was intelligent thing to do, but life is full of risks, this is one, and honestly, we've hedged things pretty well (I think).
For those who live in Southeast Asia we'd love to hear advice on anything out of the way to see and/or do and for anyone who'd like to meet up for a beer or three let us know and we'll ping you if we're in the area!
