Yeah seriously... When economies collapse or devolve people dont just go out and start killing each other... You get tension, perhaps riots & civil unrest, but it doesnt mean we are going to start turning into cannabils... Standards of living decline over a period of time and with good enough marketing it can be spun as being in our own best interest, "taking one for the american people', etc...
