  • Will Spain and Ireland risk have a corralito?

I would like to ask the iTulip community if they think that the Government will confiscate citizens' money in bank accounts and/or private pensions in Spain and Ireland.

    Is this very possible? Unlikely?

I have friends in both countries and this worries me.

    Thanks.

EDIT: I can't fix the title once posted. It should be "Will Spain and Ireland have a corralito?"

I had to look up the word. (corralito is when the Argentine government took peoples' savings and devalued the currency)

What is the end game for the Euro? The dollar? All fiat currencies?

Yes, you should be worried. Tell your friends to buy gold.
