You see this is why I support the idea of vetting candidates that are running for any public office. They must submit to a broad spectrum psych test and IQ test before nomination is approved.
George Bubya, Nixon, Chaney Rumsfeild and a whole lot of other past misfits would have stayed on the Farm.
