No, this was a complete failure of training. No positive ID, no situational awareness, just an inept adrenaline junkie shooting first and asking questions later. Cops have had guns for decades. Big guns, even.

Wow, what a story.:eek: Being under pressure might explain the shooting( not really), but what explains the pathetic attempts at a cover up? Trying to frame the victim? Disgusting.
